「三代にわたり紡がれてきた、ひとつの家族と茶園の物語。」
霧島の山あいに建てられた、ひとつの家族の物語。1940年代、畜産から始まった小さな挑戦は、霧と風と大地に育まれながら、三世代にわたって続いてきた。牛舎から生まれた焙煎工場、工学の技術を持ち帰った2代目、そして「継がない」と誓った息子を引き戻した一杯の露地茶。人と土地と記憶が重なり、ひとつの“メゾン”ができ上がっていく。ここから、物語が始まります。

THE MAKING OF TEA
「一杯のお茶が生まれる“裏側”。」
茶樹を植えてから収穫まで、約五年。霧島の火山土壌、風、光、湿度に育まれた茶葉は、一年を通して一番茶から三番茶、そして秋冬の深い味わいへと表情を変える。収穫は終わりではなく、物語の始まり。蒸し、揉み、乾燥、火入れ——温度と香りを研ぎ澄ませ、茶の声を聴き取るように進む“制作の裏側”。静かな緊張感の中で、自然と技が交わり、一杯が形を整えていく。

Afterglow of Kirishima
「そのすべてが、ひとつの土地の“呼吸”をつくっている。」
霧島は、まるで“ひとつの生命体”のような場所。朝の薄霧、午後の強い風、夕暮れの陰影、そして夜の静寂。その移り変わりのすべてが、この土地の文化や暮らしを形づくり、長い時間をかけて“霧島というテロワール”を育んできました。ここには神話が息づき、自然と人が寄り添い、風景そのものが物語を語り続けています。
